Appetizer pe...Flourless chocolate cake for dessert?<br />Appetizer perhaps something I had at a restaurant once. Cut sticks (about pencil thick) of a hard french cheese, put a leaf or two of arugula on top, and perhaps a fresh herb, then roll it up in a thin slice of jambon, then drizzle with a little bit of olive oil. I actually had this at an Italian restaurant and recreated at home with fontina cheese, arugula, prosciuotto.
