Cool and Refreshing

With the Arizona heat

I'm in need of some cooling off.

What better way then a walk in the garden,

(even though it's a virtual walk

it's waaaaay too hot here for a real stroll.)

Summer Reflection

Early this summer:

 Our garden produced tasty dinners.

Then there was a nine-day estate sale! Whew!

Of course, there was time for perusing photos:

 And remembering loved ones:

As summer continued,

we laughed! A lot!

 And cried some.

 There were celebrations with friends.

And travels to far off places.

I watched for signs along the way.

Signs that came in many forms.

And when I see butterflies now,

I cry . . .

then smile.

But I keep going forward.

Pink

Yesterday was Pink Saturday.

I've never participated,

but I decided to visit a few of the blogs.

The next thing I knew

I'd stopped by them all.

It took all day.

(Guilty look here.)

But it was so much fun!

So in honor of my lost day of posting,

a pink flower for you!

Home is where the heart is.

It's been so nice to have a couple of days home.

I've been resting and, of course, reading blogs

because that is relaxing.

But I did want to send out some love to all of you,
