Read a blog,
wish I could remember which one of yours it was.
It told the story
about a man who went to get a burrito
and was offered the senior discount
and was upset
and forgot his keys
got in the wrong car
and had a young boy tell him
it was okay, his grandfather always got confused too.
Laughed out loud it was so funny.
So then . . .
I returned home late last night,
and went to the fridge
to get a glass of iced tea
and found this
A bit closer?
Can you tell what it is?
Another angle?
Yep, hubby's socks.
His response:
"Gosh, I wondered what happened to them."
Number #1 son thought it was hysterical.
hahahahaha!!!!

so far away
LOL!!! Yesterday, my husband of 6 months took my daughter out for lunch. She's 12. At the counter, they asked if he wanted the 60+ Senior discount. She said it was all she could do not to say "Go for it, Grandpa!" My older daughter said that she would have said it for sure! He was not a happy camper -- especially since he has quite a number of years to go to reach that age - over a decade! Ouch!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is soooo funny! Our youngest used to put his blankie in the fridge so it would be cold to snuggle with. Maybe Hubby's feet wee hot lol.
ReplyDeleteLOL, at least they look like CLEAN socks. My friend who is 80 once returned home from grocery shopping and could not find her keys. She found them the next time she opened her freezer. Pretty darn funny too.
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious! Thanks for sharing!
