Addicted

The first step is to admit you have a problem.

I'm addicted

And it's causing all sorts of problems

My family knows about it

And it worries them

Even my dogs have noticed it

I'm no longer so available for them

For any of them

It's blogging my friends.

Not me blogging, but me reading all the incredible posts from all of you.

It's a sickness this need I have to know what you've been up to.

I'm checking your posts early in the morning and late at night.

And I can't stop.

  1. I feel your pain...I have had to watch myself not only in the blogoshpere, but in twitterville, & facebook as well.

  2. Don't you find that other blogs provide inspiration for your ownblog and other writing?

So maybe it's not an addiction so much as an extension of your love of writing, your need to research.

Well, it sounds plausible doesn't it ;)

  4. I can relate to this post! It is so addictive, checking out what everyone is up to, looking at such awesome photographs and connecting to the larger world. I'm addicted too! We should start a blog for blog addicts :) Maybe there is a 12 step programme for Blog Addicts - Blogger's Anonymous!

  10. Hi!

Oh.. addiction. Does exist just one criterion: do not worry if you still make all activities what did you make before in your life. But if a blogging starts to take all of your time and you let aside everything you liked before... then must think of addiction:))

Thank you for stopping by my little place!
    Blessings,
